Good coffee, but very unkind staff.

Today we sat in the Barist restaurant))) The place is just super, a big plus of live music. Very tasty cuisine, it seems the best in Berlin (for us for sure). Excellent service, especially our waiter))) a great positive person, he made us the mood of the day))) Super)) Thank you for serving Billo))

Nice restaurant with very friendly staff. The menu promises a large and varied selection. I ordered a chocolate cake with a liquid core and a scoop of ice cream. It tasted very good, but unfortunately the cake was heated too long and the liquid core was burnt. Because of this mishap, I unfortunately have to subtract a star. Otherwise I was very satisfied and would visit the restaurant again ☺️👍🏻.

The best cocktails I've ever drunk. For the price they were very good. And they were done quickly. The staff were very nice to me. 5/5 stars !!

The atmosphere of the place is more than Cool ! Hospitality may I say just Nice ! The food wasn't that GOOD but, the portions were more the enough TBH. Over all the experience wasn't Bad but, this is not Italian Cuisine as I know it

No respect for customers!

We had breakfast twice in the barist's in summer 2020 and had another cocktail once in the evening. The food and drinks were very good and the staff very attentive and friendly. We would love to come back.

The food was very tasty and the waiter very polite and friendly. Unfortunately there is 1 * deduction for the very odor-intensive toilet. Although a lady is sitting in front of the door, the toilets are not as clean as you would imagine or wish.

I've been there several times, be it to eat or have a drink. However, I cannot agree with some of the reviews here, as I was always served in a very friendly and courteous manner. Especially in these difficult times, the waiters should not be seen as slaves. Everyone knows how hard it is to wait for the minimum wage and that the waiters are dependent on tips. So we should appreciate them all the more. If you can't and don't want to appreciate it, you can go to a restaurant quickly.

It’s a wonderful morning to having delicious foods , amazing atmosphere and the cordial attitude and active people over there. Really fantastic. Thanks to barist team.

Arrogant staff and boring food, not recoomended

Absolutely not recommendable, as many others have written. Nothing was going on anymore and we waited a long time for four drinks. The waitress was not so attentive and did not want to accept a slightly torn € 5 banknote when paying. The dessert creme brulet was cold and only hot on top 😠😠😠😠 would have preferred not to award a star, but otherwise it is not posted .....

The food was hideous .. the Schnitzel I had was really bad. Nice atmosphere and service is pretty friendly but I had a bad experience. Shade

A wonderful ambience through successful lighting and design. Great food and fair prices. Background music from various talented artists The service from Bilo and his colleagues is great. We were there twice during our time in Berlin and have fond memories of both evenings. A very clear recommendation =)

We visited the Barist as a family for dinner and loved it. Food, service and the ambience alone are simply great. Big compliments to our waiter (Faris), very, very nice and attentive. Great! When we come to Berlin again, we will definitely visit the barist!

Very good pizza

We were there for the second time and the food is good, but the female waitress was super unfriendly and made fun of the apparently insufficient tip for her and did not thank you. Nevertheless, we went there again to give it another chance, as she could have had a bad day and had a cocktail and the same thing again with the same waitress. There are enough other restaurants nearby and with such poor service you should NEVER eat there.

Good food and good service! Especially Bilo is a really kind waiter who makes your evening even better!

Unfortunately I have to call it the worst restaurant of the whole Berlin. The waiters ignore the customers and I had to wait for almost half an hour to get the bill after asking for it multiple times. The waiter named Tarik was extremely unfriendly and angry when taking the payment while the restaurant was pretty much empty at this point. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I regret my visit most certainly.

So the food is absolutely recommendable, my meat and the salad were fantastic 😋 delicious. Unfortunately it is very full there and therefore a little stressful. But I will definitely come again.

Overpriced

Very, very tasty. The salad is dressed properly and not just the dressing tipped over. Unfortunately it is very noisy and restless there. The service is friendly.

Cozy place in the summer. Beverages are awesome and not very expensive. Evening is the best time to visit this place and live music from the street musician guy.

Pizza definitely a spoonful more tomato sauce under it! Halfway became drier in the mouth. If you have to go to the toilet, you have to pay

the placement of the restaurant is quite nice, a lot of things happening around the area and the staff is really friendly. however, if you are a gourmand, this isn't the place for you! the rose wine was questionable to say the least, the red one was good though. pizza = basic and the dessert was really disappointing.

Very tasty pasta with an interesting combination of ingredients. Nice ambience and even live music. The cappuccino also had a very good aroma, but turned out a bit small.

Loved the food! Good portions and great taste. They give comforters for those seated outside and are feeling cold. Loved the cocktail happy hour and everything about the restaurant!

The only good coffee we found in europe during 3 weeks. Love this place

Authentic Italien pizza, cold Lambrusco and friendly people!

Coming out of a 25 years of work experience in hospitality, this was one of most worst places. Handing out the menu when not even seated. Serving the food before drinks, taking money for restroom as a guest of the place. Friendliness of the wait stuff is not there at all. I would say it is a tourist trap.
